Adam Webster has been called up to the England under-19s squad.
The Pompey defender last week made his under-18 debut during a 2-0 win over Italy.
Now Three Lions boss Noel Blake has promoted him into the under-19 set-up.
Webster is part of the 18-man squad that will take on Finland on Tuesday, November 13.
The fixture will be hosted at the home of AFC Telford
